so joey & I are on an official mission to eat healthier .
I love how good I feel when I'm consciously
eating better, though I am a firm believer
that eating healthier does not mean
sacrificing taste .
we have found a way to make
relatively anything we would want to eat
healthier from lunch ( curry chicken salad with
grapes & low fat mayo in a lettuce wrap )
to breakfast ( mango , banana , & orange smoothie )
while still thoroughly enjoying our meals and
feeling great after .
dinner last night , shrimp caesar salad ,
was delicious & also healthy -
as we ditched the croutons &
used a lite dressing :
[ simple yet delicious ingredients ]
[ toasted parmesan ]
[ grilled shrimp ]
