baked potato skins

I used to never understand football .  it seemed so complicated to me , 

& I didn't know how everyone else but me got it .

this year , I finally caught on to football , & actually don't mind watching it .

the giants vs packers game this past sunday was really enjoyable to watch .

I am actually starting to like football sundays - relaxing with friends , 

eating good food , & having a couple cold beers .

this past sunday, I made baked potato skins . growing up I used to beg my mom

to buy me frozen tgi friday potato skins ( I know ) , & I decided to try to make

them for myself !
