I always look forward to enjoying peppermint bark when christmas time comes around. my family used to have tins of the dark chocolate / white chocolate / peppermint treats during the holidays, so I made my own for the apartment to feel a little more like home.
with only three simple ingredients, this candy is easy to make & affordable. I plan on wrapping a few pieces of the bark in cellophane for my landlord as a little holiday gift.
