margaritas are one of my favorite things in the world .
I'm not a huge drinker, but I could have a margarita any time -
morning , noon , or night .
I like to order margaritas from different places wherever I am
& find my favorites ( my favorite to this day is from
a bar called indian wells tavern in amagansett, ny ,
it's perfectly frothy & light at the same time ) .
joey & I made our own version last night and they were so good
shaken in a cocktail mixer, on the rocks , & obviously with salt on the rim.
I feel like I have juiced / zested a years amount of lemons & limes this week .
for these margaritas, we found 12 limes was a good amount of juice .
triple sec , simple syrup ( boiled water & sugar ) , tequila & lime juice
