I've always loved whoopie pies , & when they took them off the menu
off my favorite restaurant , I was bummed .
I've been meaning to make them from scratch for a long time
( my mom had given me a pre-made whoopie pie kit that was amazing )
so with all the free time I had on this snowy day I finally got to making them .
I cannot wait to have these for dessert later . tonight is the perfect night to
watch a good movie & indulge in some dessert !
